Placing an order for goods on indicates that you have read and understood and accepted our terms and conditions. Please read our return | exchange terms and conditions before placing your order.

The billing address must be the address where your credit/debit card is registered.

When do I get my Delivery?

Processing and shipment: Processing and shipment: In-stock processing is 2-7 Business Days. UK delivery is next day after shipment. Some in stock products might take longer to process and deliver, we will contact you should this be the case.


UK shipment is with UK Royal mail £4.99

Europe shipment is with UPS £20 (EU customers are responsible for VAT payment charges)


Color shade is the primary reason for returns, if in doubt contact us first before placing your order, as to avoid returns. Please read the full terms and conditions below

Most products purchased from Afrostyling may be shipped back to us for refund, exchange or replacement within 14 working days from receipt of delivery.

We do not refund shipping cost.

We do not for hygienic reasons, accept returns for wigs worn.

We do not for hygienic reasons exchange worn wigs, If exchange is not possible for unworn wigs, we will refund minus restocking fee and shipment cost.

If you notice that the wig box is damaged on receiving it, PLEASE contact us immediately.

If any other fault with the wig on receiving it, PLEASE contact us to arrange return, at no cost to yourself and no other charge

We do charge 20% restocking fee for all wigs and hair extensions returned. Please continue reading

You must take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and any item for return or exchange must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing. The item must be without damage, unaltered, not used, not combined out and in a suitable condition for resale. All products original packaging must accompany any returned item. Please do not pull the wig out of the box, you can check the color through the transparent plastic box. If the wig is removed from the box, and returned, we will charge 20% restocking fee or refuse refund depending on the condition of the wig on return. 

We cannot accept, refund or exchange if such item does not meet any of the above return and exchange conditions.

If you are in doubt of any detail or colour shade of a product you wish to purchase, please contact us before placing your order, as to avoid the need for return. 

We do not manufacturer those products, so the product and packaging must be returned as the same condition as you would have received it and how you may expect to receive it. If any part of the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, please inform us before opening the product.

You or your carrier is responsible for items reaching us. Cost and risk of return will be at your expense, and we suggest using track and signed shipment for your return. Exchanged items are charged for shipment. Returned goods received outside our return time frame will not be refunded or exchanged.

A Restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned wigs and hair extensions, except the return is because of our error.

Return of Free Shipped Items

If you return any item from an order that received Free Shipping, the original cost of the shipping and packaging costs associated with the returned item (£4.99 UK)  will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was a result of our error or poor product quality.

Pricing & Products Availability

Prices are dynamic and therefore we reserve the right to change any advertised price. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. If your order cannot be fulfilled after accepting payment, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Products and colors not available on

We can source unavailable products and colors at the request of customers, however once sourced cannot be cancelled or refunded

Product Warranties

We do not manufacturer displayed products. It is standard that products come with manufacturer warranty.

* Manufacturer warranty is the warranty which is offered by the manufacturer, not by the Afrostyling.

Order Confirmation

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Afrostyling, and also an email confirming dispatch.

All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Can I loan colour rings to help confirm after my purchase my hair colour shade?

Yes, for our UK/European Union customers, you can loan colour rings for the following brands:

Raquel Welch, Jon Renau, Louis Ferre, Easihair, Revlon, Gabor only.

This service is only for Afrostyling customers who intend to purchase their wigs from Afrostyling.

Our Loan Terms and Condition:

There is a refundable deposit of £10.00 per color shade before we ship the colour rings to you. Payment is through bank transfer or PayPal.

Customers must return the rings to Afrostyling Manchester UK office within 5 working days of receiving it, paying for the return shipment

Conditions for Refund of deposit:

You return the rings within the time frame specified above, and the rings are in there damage-free, clean, untainted, and unsoiled conditions.

Conditions for non-refundable deposit:

You do not return the colour rings within the specified time frame.

Any of the ring/rings is/are returned in any of the following condition: damaged, unclean, tainted, and soiled.
